The admins of this site may see that you are a member, and know your email address and other details you choose to provide us.
If you do not want anybody else to see the details, please visit your account details
where you can remove your personal information, or delete your account if you so wish.
Deleting your account will remove all the information we have stored about you.
We may derive statistics from personal information, which may be published on the website,
These statistics will be fully anonymous, and no individuals will be identifiable from the data.
We need to store your email address so that you may succesfully log in,
and that we can contact you about large changes to the service, along with details of any maintenence.
We do not collect any other personal information besides what you choose to provide us in your account details.
If you don't want to continue receiving any information, remove your account details through the link and instructions above.
You have the right to remove your account at any time.
If you remove your details, your email address will no longer be stored in the mailing list system and you will stop receiving emails from us.
We do not use profiling or automated decision-making processes.

Your audio data is usually automatically processed through the system, however sometimes we would like to use your data for research purposes,
to both improve our system and help with the field of audio transcription,
however this will remain completely anonymised. Your information will never be shared with a third party
Audio and transcription messages are stored in order to provide ease of use for the system,
and to ensure that your transcriptions are always available to download.
